Strawberry Mousse Pie

  1. Place strawberries in blender; cover.
  2. Blend until pureed; set aside.
  3. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in medium bowl until dissolved.
  4. Add strawberry puree; mix well.
  5. Refrigerate 45 min.
  6. or until slightly thickened.
  7. Add yogurt; beat with electric mixer on low speed until light and fluffy.
  8. Line bottom and side of 9-inch pie plate with wafers.
  9. Fill with gelatin mixture.
  10. Refrigerate 2 hours or until set.
  11. Top with the whipped topping just before serving.
  12. Store leftover dessert in refrigerator.
