Just Peachy Glazed Pork Chops
- 5 whole Fresh Peaches, Sliced With Skins Removed
- 13 cups Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cups Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Toasted Sesame Seeds
- 6 whole Bone-in Thick Cut Pork Chops
- Salt And Pepper
- Place sliced peaches, soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, garlic and sesame seeds in a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Season both sides of pork chops with some salt and fresh ground pepper.
- Grill pork chops over indirect heat for about 10 minutes each side.
- Then baste both sides with the peach glaze and cook each side for another 10 minutes, or until juices run clear and pork chops are done.
- Depending on how thick your porkchops are, they may cook more quickly.
- Serve immediately and dont forget the napkins!
