Southwest Strata
- 12 corn tortillas (6 inch), quartered, divided
- 8 eggs
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 6 OSCAR MAYER Chili Cheese Dogs, sliced
- 1 zucchini, chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chiles, drained
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
- 1 green onion, chopped
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place half the tortilla pieces in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray, overlapping as necessary to form even layer.
- Whisk eggs, milk, cumin and garlic powder in medium bowl until blended.
- Stir in chili cheese dogs, zucchini, peppers, chiles and 1 cup cheese; pour over tortilla layer in prepared dish.
- Top with remaining tortillas, completely covering egg mixture.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake 35 to 40 min.
- or until center is set.
- Sprinkle with onions.
- Let stand 5 min.
- before serving.
