Chorizo Sausages with Pickled Mushrooms and Romesco Sauce

  1. Heat the oil in a large grilled pan over high heat.
  2. Add the sausages, turning once, and cook for about 5 minutes each side or until completely cooked.
  3. Grilled the hot dog buns if needed.
  4. Top the buns with sausages, romesco sauce, pickled mushrooms and grated Parmesan cheese as needed.
  5. Serve.
