Chicken Thai Wraps
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 14 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic and red chile paste
- 4 (8 inch) flour tortillas
- 2 avocados, chopped
- 1 cup chopped lettuce
- 13 cup chopped cashews, toasted
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, mayonnaise, basil, lime juice and chili paste.
- Place tortillas on a work surface.
- Divide chicken mixture equally among tortillas.
- Top with chopped avocados, lettuce and cashews.
- Fold both edges over filling.
- Roll up and serve immediately or chill, if desired.
