Spicy Bacon Grilled Potato Skins

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Pierce potatoes with fork or small sharp knife.
  3. Wrap individually in foil.
  4. Grill 1 hour or until tender.
  5. Unwrap potatoes; cool 10 min.
  6. Cut potatoes lengthwise in half; scoop out centers, leaving 1/4-inch-thick shells.
  7. Discard removed centers or reserve for another use.
  8. Brush insides of shells with butter; fill with salsa, cheese and bacon.
  9. Grill 10 to 12 min.
  10. or until skins are crisp.
  11. Top with remaining ingredients.
