Potatoes a La Jasmine

  1. preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. melt butter at medium heat then move aside for later.
  3. quarter all 6 potatoes
  4. place them in the plastic bag.
  5. add salt, season all, the butter and olive oil to the bag.
  6. ZIPLOCK it shut and shake it for 30 seconds.
  7. Squish the ingredients around but dont "mash" the potatoes.
  8. place them on the skillet(s) and place in the oven.
  9. leave for one hour uncovered.
  10. (check and see that they are golden brown or slightly darker when removed.
  11. otherwise place in for an additional 20 minutes checking every 10 minutes or so.
  12. ).
  13. slice the 1/4 in an additional half.
  14. ENJOY!
