Stir-Fried Carrots

  1. Clean carrots; cut diagonally into very thin slices.
  2. Heat dressing in wok or large skillet on high heat.
  3. Add carrots; cook and stir 2 min.
  4. Add water.
  5. Reduce heat to medium-high; cook an additional 9 to 10 min.
  6. or until carrots are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
