Easy Sherbet Punch Recipe
- 1/2 gallon sherbet
- 2 (2 liter) bottles 7-Up or possibly Vernors
- Lg. punch bowl
- One hour before serving, put sherbet in punch bowl.
- Pour soda on top of sherbet so it melts down somewhat.
- Continually scoop soda over sherbet.
- Punch will begin to get creamy.
- No ice needed, sherbet keeps punch cool.
