Dosai

  1. Soak the rice and dal separately in slightly warm water for 2 to 8 hours.
  2. Grind separately to a smooth paste and mix in a large vessel with salt.
  3. Mix thoroughly (use blender if possible).
  4. Ferment for 12 hours.
