Grilled Bacon Wrapped Buffalo Poppers

  1. Bring cream cheese to room temperature and mix the filling ingredients.
  2. Cut jalapeno peppers in half and deseed.
  3. Fill each pepper half with about 1 tablespoons of mix.
  4. Wrap each pepper with 1/2 slice of bacon and secure with toothpicks.
  5. Set up your grill for Indirect Heat.
  6. Cook at 350F for about 30 to 45 minutes (or until the bacon is crispy).
  7. Let rest about 5 minutes before serving.
