Grilled Bacon Wrapped Buffalo Poppers
- 6 Jalapenos
- 6 Bacon (thin cut)
- 1/2 cup Diced chicken (cooked)
- 4 oz Cream cheese
- 4 tbsp Franks hot sauce
- 1 tbsp Sour cream
- 1/2 tsp Ranch mix
- 1 pinch Salt and pepper
- 1 splash of Lemon juice
- Bring cream cheese to room temperature and mix the filling ingredients.
- Cut jalapeno peppers in half and deseed.
- Fill each pepper half with about 1 tablespoons of mix.
- Wrap each pepper with 1/2 slice of bacon and secure with toothpicks.
- Set up your grill for Indirect Heat.
- Cook at 350F for about 30 to 45 minutes (or until the bacon is crispy).
- Let rest about 5 minutes before serving.
