Potato & Cabbage Soup Recipe
- 4 lg. or possibly 5 med. potatoes, peeled & sliced
- 1 sm. head cabbage, shredded
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 ounce. butter
- 1 pt. water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 ounce. (1 c.) cream
- Put butter into a large pot, then add in onions and slowly cook them till slightly golden.
- Next, add in water, potatoes, cabbage, salt and pepper.
- Cook till tender, then add in cream and reheat while stirring.
