Apricot Minute Rice
- 1 1/2 cups each: Minute Rice Brand Rice and water
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh gingerroot
- 1/3 cup each: raisins, chopped apricots, chopped toasted almonds and chopped parsley
- COMBINE rice and water in saucepan.
- Add ginger root.
- Bring to a boil.
- STIR in remaining ingredients.
- Cover, remove from heat, and let stand 5 minutes.
