Crockpot Potato Goullash
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans condensed tomato soup
- 6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 onion, cut into strips
- 1 12 lbs ground beef, lean
- salt and pepper
- Spread 1/2 can of tomato soup on bottom of crockpot.
- Place one layer of potatoes, a few onion slices and ground beef on top, layering as you go along.
- Add 1/2 can tomato soup and continue layering the potatoes, onions, and ground beef until you run out of ingredients.
- Top with salt, pepper and remaining tomato soup.
- Cook in crock pt on low for 6-8 hours.
