Razberry Chocolate Parfait

  1. Whisk together chocolate pudding mix and nonfat milk until smooth.
  2. Set aside pudding to gel.
  3. In another bowl, mix together yogurt, cottage cheese and Splenda.
  4. To serve.
  5. Spoon 1 tablespoon of pudding each into two glasses.
  6. Top with 1 tablespoon of yogurt and cheese mixture and several raspberries.
  7. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, reserving a few raspberries for garnish.
