state fair kettle corn
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/3 cup popcorn
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- Heat oil in Large covered pot, place 1 kernel in pot until it pops, then you know or oil is hot enough.
- combined popcorn and sugar in a cup and add to hot oil.
- cover and shake vigorously until all kernels are popped 1 pop for every 2 seconds
- use brown sugar for Carmel corn
