Oatmeal Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 34 cup oat flour
- 12 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup old-fashioned oatmeal
- 34 teaspoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 34 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 12 cup brown sugar
- 13 cup butter, softened
- 1 12 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 14 cup pecans
- 14 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix first 6 ingredients.
- Mix next 5 ingredients (through egg) in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add flour mixture to eggs/butter.
- Fold in nuts and chocolate chips.
- Drop dough in tablespoons onto cookie sheet.
- Bake for 8 minutes.
