Chicken Fajitas

  1. In frying pan, chop and slice chicken breasts into small pieces.
  2. Mix in corn after chicken breasts are cooked thoroughly, then put a small amount of picante sauce in.
  3. Stir and then simmer. Spread cream cheese on tortilla shells.
  4. Put chicken and corn mixture in middle of shells.
  5. Slice a couple strips of Monterey Jack and place on top of mixture, then put on Mozzarella cheese. Fold shell and close with toothpick.
  6. Place in foiled cookie sheet. Sprinkle a little Mozzarella on top.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
  8. When done, serve with picante sauce poured over top of each fajita.
  9. This recipe makes 4 to 5 fajitas.
