Chunky Crawfish Spread

  1. Chop crawfish, pat dry.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheesse.
  3. Add the peppers, onion, garlic, Creole seasoning, salt, and hot pepper sauce; stir in the crawfish.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. Serve with crackers.
