Fat Free Cranberry-Pineapple Dessert

  1. Stir boiling water into combined gelatin and cinnamon in large bowl at least 2 minutes until gelatin is completely dissolved.
  2. Drain pineapple, reserving the juice.
  3. Add enough ice to reserved juice to measure 1-1/2 cups.
  4. Add to gelatin.
  5. Stir until ice is completely melted.
  6. Refrigerate about 45 minutes or until gelatin is slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites).
  7. Reserve 1/4 cup each of the pineapple and oranges.
  8. Add remaining pineapple and oranges to gelatin.
  9. Pour into 1-1/2-quart serving bowl.
  10. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  11. Garnish with the reserved pineapple and oranges.
  12. Store leftover gelatin in refrigerator.
