Carrot, Orange, and Ginger Eye-Opener
- 1 1/2 cups fresh carrot juice
- 3/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 3/4 cup fresh passion fruit juice
- 3/4 cup plain whole-milk yogurt
- 2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- Combine the juices, yogurt, ginger, sugar, and salt in a blender.
- Puree until smooth.
- Serve chilled.
