Country Breakfast Pizza

  1. Begin by making the sausage gravy.
  2. In a deep frying pan, add the sausage and brown and crumble until no longer pink.
  3. Without draining the grease, add the flour and milk and continuously stir to create the gravy.
  4. Season with pepper.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. On a cookie sheet unroll the pizza dough and fit to the pan.
  7. Preheat oven to 425F.
  8. Spread the gravy in a thin layer on dough.
  9. Top with 3/4 of the cheese.
  10. Sprinkle on the hash browns in an even thin layer.
  11. Top with remaining cheese.
  12. Place into oven and bake for 12 minutes.
  13. Remove from oven and gently crack the 3 eggs onto the pizza.
  14. Reduce heat in oven to 395F.
  15. Put back in oven and bake until eggs are cooked (about 8 minutes or so).
  16. Let set for 3 minutes to firm up.
  17. Serve and enjoy.
