Easy Onion Stick Snacks

  1. Chop the onions into 1 cm wide pieces and stir-fry until wilted and transparent.
  2. Season with ingredients marked with "a" and let cool in a flat container.
  3. Cut the spring roll wrappers into halves diagonally.
  4. Top with the onions from Step 1 and cheese then roll up like you're making spring rolls.
  5. Deep fry in 180C oil until golden brown.
