Easy Onion Stick Snacks
- 1 Onion
- 1 tsp a. Curry powder
- 1 a. Salt and pepper
- 1 a. Consomme bouillon
- 30 grams Easy melting cheese
- 6 Spring roll wrappers
- Chop the onions into 1 cm wide pieces and stir-fry until wilted and transparent.
- Season with ingredients marked with "a" and let cool in a flat container.
- Cut the spring roll wrappers into halves diagonally.
- Top with the onions from Step 1 and cheese then roll up like you're making spring rolls.
- Deep fry in 180C oil until golden brown.
