Hash Brown Potato Casserole Recipe
- 2 lbs. frzn hash brown potatoes or potatoes O'Brien, thawed
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 pound grated cheese (reserve some for top)
- Crushed Corn Flakes
- Melted butter
- Mix hashbrowns, soup, sour cream, salt, pepper and cheese.
- together and place in casserole dish.
- Cover with corn flakes which have been coated with melted butter and reserved cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly; about 45 minutes.
