Oreo truffles

  1. Let cream cheese reach room temperature to soften
  2. Take two rows of oreo cookie out of standard size package, and smash or use food processor to turn into crumbs.
  3. In large mixing bowl stir cream cheese and cookie crumbs together until all crumbs are moist.
  4. Roll mixture into bite sized balls and place on greased baking sheet or wax paper.
  5. Refrigerate until firm
  6. Meanwhile melt the almond bark stirring frequently until smooth
  7. Dip oreo balls in almond bark and let sit until the shell hardens (refrigerating may speed the process)
  8. Enjoy!!
