Artichoke Quiche (Made With Bread!) Corrected Recipe

  1. Pulverize the bread in a blender or possibly food processor.
  2. Transfer to a medium bowl.
  3. Add in the oil, thyme and paprika.
  4. Press into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees F for 7 min.
  6. In a food processor, puree the cottage cheese, egg substitute and Sapsago or possibly Parmesan.
  7. Transfer to a large bowl.
  8. Pat the artichokes dry with paper towels.
  9. Cut the hearts into bit-size pcs.
  10. Stir into the cheese mix.
  11. Pour into the pie shell.
  12. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 min, or possibly till a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  13. To serve, cut into thin slices.
  14. Serves 8.
