Fat-Free Pasta Primavera

  1. Spray frying pan with Pam.
  2. Saute first 5 ingredients 4 to 5 minutes and remove from heat.
  3. Meanwhile, spread flour in another large skillet.
  4. Add can of evaporated skim milk and stir.
  5. Do not boil as milk will separate.
  6. Add salt, pepper and fresh basil. When liquid reaches a nice sauce consistency, add sauteed vegetables and serve over hot cooked pasta.
  7. Sprinkle lightly with Parmesan cheese.
  8. Serves 4.

zucchini, mushrooms, onions, green pepper, green beans, fresh basil, white wine, chicken broth, salt, pepper, flour, milk, your favorite pasta
