Creamy Spinach & Pasta Skillet

  1. Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  2. Drain pasta, reserving 1/3 cup cooking water.
  3. Cook tomatoes, cream cheese product and lemon juice in large deep skillet on medium heat 3 to 5 min.
  4. or until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
  5. Add pasta to skillet.
  6. Stir in spinach, half the Parmesan and just enough of the reserved cooking water until sauce is desired consistency.
  7. Cook 2 min.
  8. or just until spinach is wilted and sauce is heated through, stirring frequently.
  9. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.
