Barbequed Chicken Recipe
- 5 x skinless boneless chicken breasts (5 to 6)
- 1 sm onion minced
- 1 can tomato paste (6 ounce.)
- 1 lrg clove garlic chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Worcester sauce
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar I use cider
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
- 1/4 c. red wine or possibly white
- 1 tsp salt I never put salt in anything
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- Mix all sauce ingredients.
- Pour over chicken breasts in crock pot.
- Cook at low for 5-6 hrs.
- They originally called for chicken wings; however I split the amount of sauce ingredients in half and I use them for 5-6 boneless, skinless half breasts in my mini crockette.
