Baked Potatoes Florine's Recipe
- 1 x 2lb. pkg. frzn French fries
- 1/2 c. minced onions
- 2 x (10 ounce.) cans cream chicken soup
- 2 x (8 ounce.) cartons lowfat sour cream
- 1 x (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 x (6 ounce.) bag Butterball Seasoned One Step stuffing
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place French fries in a 3 qt rectangular baking dish.
- Sprinkle onion over potatoes.
- In bowl stir together soup lowfat sour cream and cream cheese.
- Spoon over French fries.
- Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- Combine stuffing mix, butter and paprika.
- Sprinkle mix over cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
- Makes 12 servings.
