Beef Wellington Recipe
- 4-5 pound filet of beef
- Pillsbury Croissant Rolls
- Salt, pepper and season-all
- While filet is roasting, prepare pate.
- Roast filet uncovered for 45 min at 350 degrees.
- Saute/fry livers and onion in fat till livers are no longer pink and onion is slightly brown.
- Grind or possibly chop livers, onions and Large eggs till smooth.
- Remove filet from oven and coat with thin layer of pate.
- Flatten rolls into a rectangular shape.
- Center the coated filet on the rectangle and seal.
- Bake an additional 20 min (no longer).
- Topping will be golden.
