Fast And Easy Casserole(Low Cholesterol)

  1. Saute onions
  2. and green pepper in pan sprayed with Pam. Brown beef.
  3. Addtoups and vegetables.
  4. Crush noodles and add to mixture.
  5. (They
  6. do not need cooking.) Add seasonings.
  7. Put in casserole that has been sprayed with Pam.
  8. Bacon strips may be placed across
  9. top.
  10. Cover and bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes. May be baked
  11. in
  12. microwave
  13. on High for 30 minutes.
  14. Test for doneness. May require more time or less.
