Avocado Raspberry Vinaigrette Recipe

• 1 x Ripe M&S avocado
• 1 Tbsp. M&S mixed fruit jam
• 4 Tbsp. M&S Extra virgin olive oil
• 1 Tbsp. M&S white wine vinegar, (1 to 2)
• 1 Tbsp. M&S grain mustard Selection of M&S rolls

1. Mix all the ingredients together, till completely combined, except for the avocado.
2. The taste can be altered to suit your palette

4. Cut the avocado in half, and fan.
5. Start from the narrow end of the avocado, not cutting quite from the top, and slice down to the other end

7. Slightly flatten avocado to make fan shape.

9. Pour raspberry vinaigrette, around the avocado and serve with a selection of different rolls
