Creamy Shrimp and Kale with Pasta

  1. Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
  3. Add onions; cook and stir 2 min.
  4. Stir in tomatoes; simmer 4 min., stirring occasionally.
  5. Add kale; cook and stir 2 min.
  6. or just until wilted.
  7. Add shrimp and cream; cook 4 min.
  8. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  9. Drain pasta.
  10. Add to skillet; toss to coat.
  11. Top with cheeses; cover.
  12. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min.
  13. or until cheddar cheese is melted.
