Mary Carol's Oatmeal Cookies Recipe

• 1 c. brown sugar
• 1 c. white sugar
• 1 c. butter
• 2 Large eggs
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 c. flour
• 2 1/2 c. oatmeal
• 1 1/2 c. raisins, boiled and liquid removed well

1. Cream sugar, butter, Large eggs and vanilla.
2. Add in dry ingredients.
3. Roll in golf-size balls.
4. Put on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 6-8 min at 400 degrees.
5. Makes about 3 dozen.
