Crab Rangoon Dip
- 1 lb crab meat or about 2 cups+
- 16 oz cream cheese (2 packages)
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 4 or 5 scallions (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 a pinch of chinese 5 spice
- preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Soften cream cheese in microwave.
- About 90 sec.
- Use a fork, wooden spoon.
- Add sour cream.
- Mix well.
- Add scallions, garlic, Worcestershire, lemon juice, chinese 5 spice.
- Mix well.
- It should be the consistency of smooth frosting.
- Gently fold in (mix) crab.
- Put in 1 1/2 - 2qt.
- oven safe dish.
- Cook for 30 minutes.
- let set about ten minutes (if you can) before eating.
- serve with fried wontons, or your favorite crackers.
