Crab Rangoon Dip

  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  2. Soften cream cheese in microwave.
  3. About 90 sec.
  4. Use a fork, wooden spoon.
  5. Add sour cream.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Add scallions, garlic, Worcestershire, lemon juice, chinese 5 spice.
  8. Mix well.
  9. It should be the consistency of smooth frosting.
  10. Gently fold in (mix) crab.
  11. Put in 1 1/2 - 2qt.
  12. oven safe dish.
  13. Cook for 30 minutes.
  14. let set about ten minutes (if you can) before eating.
  15. serve with fried wontons, or your favorite crackers.
