Coral Reef

• 1 ounce unsweetened coconut milk
• 1 ounce mango nectar
• 4 whole strawberries
• 3 ounces pineapple juice
• 1 cup ice cubes
• 1 pineapple spear
• 1 mint sprig

1. In a blender, combine all of the ingredients except the pineapple spear and mint sprig and puree.
2. Pour into into a red wine glass and garnish with the pineapple spear and mint sprig.
