Baked Oats With Vegetables And Sage Recipe

  1. Heat a heavy-bottomed pit over medium heat.
  2. Add in sesame oil and saute/fry onions till they are clear.
  3. Add in celery, squash, herbs, and oats and cook about 5 min to seal the edges with oil.
  4. Add in salt and water.
  5. Cover and bake in a preheated 350F oven for 30 min or possibly till grain has absorbed all liquid.
