Gibson

• 2 1/2 ounces gin
• Dash dry vermouth
• 3 or 4 ice cubes
• Pickled pearl onion

1. This drink is simply a dry martini with a small cocktail onion added.
2. Combine all ingredients except the onion in a mixing glass and stir well.
3. Strain into a cocktail glass; drop in onion.
