Rice And Chicken(Servings: 4)

  1. Cut chicken into small pieces, carrot into strips and slice mushrooms into strips.
  2. Put in pan.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of sake, soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of mushroom water.
  4. Cook until water has evaporated.
  5. Boil string beans lightly in salted water and cut into strips.
  6. Cook rice in 2 3/4 cups of water, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  7. Add sake, soy sauce and mushroom water, chicken and vegetables.
  8. Let boil for 30 seconds; turn down and simmer until water has almost evaporated (20 minutes).
  9. Just before turning off, turn up heat for a few seconds.
  10. Let stand 15 minutes.
  11. Stir.
  12. Place on dish.
