Simply Kielbasa Dinner #SP5
- 20 ounces Simply Potatoes Homestyle Slices
- 1 (7 -8 ounce) fresh Polish kielbasa
- butter (for frying)
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 8 ounces canned sauerkraut (drained)
- In pan, boil kielbasa 20 minutes.
- While kielbasa is boiling, fry onion with butter in a large skillet.
- Add potatoes to onions and fry until browned and tender.
- (Add additional butter if necessary) Slice kielbasa into one inch pieces and add to potatoes.
- Add sauerkraut to mixture and cook until heated through.
