Warm Blueberry Cobbler Recipe
- 1 pkg. (13.5 ounce.) blueberry muffin mix
- 1 can (1 pound 5 ounce.) blueberry pie filling
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Whipped cream or possibly ice cream, optional
- Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Drain blueberries from muffin mix, reserving liquid.
- Stir together the reserved liquid, pie filling, lemon juice and cinnamon; heat to boiling.
- Pour into ungreased square pan (9 x 9 x 2 inches).
- Prepare mix as directed on package except spread butter proportionately over the warm pie filling.
- Bake 25-30 min.
- May be served with whipped cream or possibly ice cream.
