Fingerling Potatoes with Hazelnut and Sage

  1. Add potatoes in steamer basket over large pot of boiling water.
  2. Cover and steam for about 9 minutess or until fork tender.
  3. Heat oil in large skillet over low heat until hot.
  4. Stir in hazelnuts and sage, cook until slightly darker in color, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. Stir in potatoes, salt and pepper.
  6. Cook until heated through.
  7. Serve warm.
