Instant & Simple Tom Yum Goong Ramen

  1. Put water in a pot and heat.
  2. Cut the mushrooms, tomato, and coriander into bite-size pieces.
  3. Defrost the shrimp.
  4. Rub sake and salt/pepper (not listed) and set aside.
  5. Once the water has come to a boil, add the noodles (takes about 3 minutes).
  6. Once the noodles have loosened, add mushrooms, then after a little while, add shrimp and boil.
  7. Before stopping the heat, add the tom yum paste and soup packet.
  8. Be sure they dissolve.
  9. Stop the heat and add nam pla and lemon juice.
  10. Transfer to a serving dish and top with tomato and cilantro and it's complete.
