Beef-Cheese Casserole

  1. Cook ground beef and onion in skillet until beef is browned. Add salt, pepper, oregano and tomato sauce.
  2. Simmer slowly. Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream and green pepper. Place half the noodles in bottom of greased 3-quart casserole dish.
  3. Top with cheese mixture; add remaining noodles.
  4. Pour meat mixture over top.
  5. Bake in 350u0b0 oven for 30 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan and let brown slightly.
  7. Yields 8 to 10 servings.
