Asian Barbecue Sauce Recipe

• 4 Tbsp. Toasted sesame seeds
• 1 Tbsp. Peanut butter
• 4 Tbsp. Brown sugar
• 2 Tbsp. Curry pwdr
• 1/2 c. Soy sauce
• 1 Tbsp. Pepper
• 1/3 c. Oil
• 1/3 c. Sherry
• 1 tsp Grated ginger
• 1 Tbsp. Chopped garlic
• 4 x Green onions minced, white

1. Place first 8 items in blender and blend 45 seconds.
2. Stir into bowl with ginger, garlic & onions.
3. Use to marinate chicken.
