Grilled Turkey Burgers
- 1 pound Ground Turkey
- 1/2 cups Onion, Chopped
- 1/2 cups Rolled Quick Oats
- 1 whole Egg, Beaten
- 2 Tablespoons Ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- Your Favorite Bbq Sauce, To Brush On Patties (optional)
- Whole Wheat Buns
- Your Favourite Condiments And Vegetables
- Place all patty ingredients into a large bowl.
- Mix until completely combined.
- Separate and form patties.
- Place on the BBQ or grill pan.
- Use your favourite BBQ sauce if you so wish.
- Cook until well done.
- Remove from heat and let stand 2 minutes.
- Place on a whole wheat bun and top with your favourite condiments and veggies.
- Grilled pineapple and jalapenos are my personal favourite!
