Savoury Artichoke Dip

• 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
• 1 packet Italian salad dressing mix
• 1 can artichoke heart, drained and chopped
• 1 (10 ounce) packet frozen spinach, thawed,drained and chopped
• 2 -3 cloves crushed garlic
• 12 cup chopped spring onion
• 14-12 cup chopped red peppers or 14-12 cup green pepper

1. Mix all the ingredients together until well blended.
2. Cover and refrigerate.
