Buffalo Wedge Blue Salad

  1. Prepare the buffalo chicken tenders following the manufacturer's suggestion.
  2. While they are cooking, mix the green onions, celery, tomatoes, and avocado in a small bowl.
  3. Pour Italian Dressing over the vegetables.
  4. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
  5. Set aside.
  6. To assemble, cut the iceberg lettuce into 6 wedges.
  7. Place 1 wedge on each plate.
  8. Place the chicken tenders lying against the wedge.
  9. Spoon the 1/4C of blue cheese dressing on the wedge.
  10. Top each plate with a spoon of the marinated vegetables on top.
  11. Garnish with blue cheese crumbles.
  12. Serve with freshly ground black pepper and extra blue cheese dressing if desired.
