Blender Chocolate Rum Pots De Creme Recipe

  1. Grate chocolate pcs in blender.
  2. Add in boiling water and blend till chocolate melts.
  3. Blend in sugar, rum, egg, then cream till smooth and well blended.
  4. Pour into dessert dishes.
  5. Chill.
  6. Serves 6 to 8.
  7. MOCHA POTS DE CREME: Omit rum.
  8. Add in 2 tsp.
  9. of instant coffee.
